Well I'm 53 living in the northeast of the united states. I'm not guessing yours, and I know better than to ask a lady her age! Being 18 in 1981 and fresh out of high school was a great time. Still allowed smoking in shopping malls and restaurants. A long lunch in a food court was just such a treat. Sitting and watching the girls and women smoke. Pre-intenet smoking fetish relied heavily on catching the right movie or TV show, or later renting the right movies, print ad's, anti smoking material, or just real life smoke hunting. I remember many times I would make a quick U-turn to pull into a gas station that I spotted some young girls smoking in front of! For some reason the "good girls" who started smoking were always a treat. And don't even ask about the cheerleaders or female athletes! And we swing the other direction and there is the "Bad" girls. Yeah, the style was a bit guyish, but had an appeal at times. Ok, take a piece of wood, Drill in it a cigarette sized hole for the mouth and stick a lit cig in it, draw a woman's face on it. Hmmm, yeah, OK. Oh forget it. Lets just say if it looks female and smokes, I'll go for her. Happy now?

Hmm, it's not often that I have any type of self revelation from simply writing down my own thoughts. Does this happen to you? OK, Lets take a deep breath. No, strike that, Take a deep drag......Oh, that's much better! Yeah, of course I smoke. Funny, 40 years in. And I still enjoy it. Think I would let you ladies have all the fun? And ya know. The best way to be accepted in a smoking area is to smoke yourself. It gives me more enjoyment having a fetish for it. And I agree that having a smoking fetish, makes tying to quit like 1000% harder! Vaping is not smoking! OK, feel better now that I got that off my chest. Not going to get into that tangent at the moment. Started smoking on my own when I was 13. I swear it was years before more than just a handful of friends knew that I smoked. My first crush Donna moved 2 doors down when I was 10, she was 8. And we were thick as thieves for the next 5 years. And then she moved. Oh the families were close, so we got together on occasion. Not far away, But too far with a kid with just a bicycle for transportation. But then I got a car! First drive over was for an afternoon swim in her backyard pool. Then the moment at some point after the the swim came when she uttered those 4 little words....I need a cigarette! and my programmed repose was "Yeah, me too..... I didn't know you smoked she said......and then a smile and up to her room! The details will have me typing till dawn. Lets just say something came up....Or in a tight wet bathing suit...it painfully bulged....I will never know for sure whether or not she noticed it before I quickly excused myself to the bathroom, towel tragically placed as I jotted off. But I like to think she did.....

OK, I bared enough of my soul for one night....I'll have more to say....and I know you will too.

In reply to perry8181.

Thanks so much for your enthusiastic comment, @perry1818 ! I'm glad you found me — like you, I've always been fascinated by the way women smoke, or, to be more precise, used to smoke. We can still see those gorgeous beauties on movies in the 1940s-1960s who really, really knew how to smoke — on those olden times when Big Tobacco hid the facts about health issues tied to smoking. As the decades passed, and smoking became more and more an anti-social behaviour, the ancient art of smoking as a sensuous, nay, an erotic experience, became more and more forgotten.

But times have changed. We reached a peak of anti-smoking activity around the turn of the millennium. The ultra-protected younger generations smoke now as an act of rebellion against their parents; in countries like mine, the Government is terribly frustrated that the number of smokers is rising — very, very slowly — again, and no campaign, no matter how shocking it is, seems to prevent that from happening. Even worse for the anti-smokers, while the male smoking population has definitely declined, the number of women who smoke has gone steadily up, and this can also be traced to an increase in financial independence. As a consequence, Government has been reaping a huge amount of taxes on tobacco-related products, and all this becomes a trifle confusing in terms of priorities. To confuse matters even more, we now have so-called immuno-oncological treatments against lung cancer (as well as a few other types) which have phenomenal rates of success. Sure, smokers damage their health in lots of ways, but the threat of lung cancer and cardiovascular disease, which are still the highest risk factors for smokers, seem both to be treatable — at least, in the foreseeable future. Anti-smoker activists have tried to prevent smokers from getting such treatments, but such an attitude (denying people access to health services based on 'morality') has few or no chances to succeed, at least in countries like mine, where people in general are tired of 'moralists' imposing their narrow views on others. The consequence? Well, smokers still know very well that they will die, most likely from horrible and painful deaths, but they smoke with the conscience that this will happen as their choice. After all, more people die from car accidents (also from horrible, painful deaths) and we still drive cars every day. Things start to balance out — as cars become more safer, and treatment on hospitals for car accidents has improved, the number of actual accidents have increased (people drive more recklessly because their cars are safer...) but the number of deaths has stagnated or even decreased (sometimes dramatically so). A similar thing is happening among smokers, even though tobacco companies are forbidden to design 'safer' products — it's just that healthcare has improved overall and the pace of advances in medicine has increased.

All that just to say that, yes, even on Western countries, in spite of the many campaigns against smoking, and all the efforts seemingly been made to prevent new people (especially younger ones) to pick up smoking, well, there is still a reasonable amount of people smoking which will still refuse to give it up. The problem is that half a century has passed since smoking was seen as a glamorous activity for women — and so many of those techniques were lost, as one or two generations of mothers have failed to pass those techniques to their daughters. Now that they have started smoking, they have no idea how to smoke. That's why I keep doing my videos — sometimes exaggerating the technique for the benefit of smoking fetishists, sure, but there are still lots of things that can be subtly done in public (as I show on some of my videos done in public areas such as cafés or restaurants!). I hope that we smoking fetishists can become a source of inspiration! In other words: sure, smoking will lead to painful death in most cases, even if advances in medicine may improve the smokers' chance of survival, or at least of minimising the damage done to their health. I certainly don't want people to ignore half a century of studies showing how tobacco smoking ruins one's health. But smoking or not smoking is still a choice. And for those who have chosen to pick up smoking, in conscience, knowing what they're doing to their health — well, at the very least, they can embrace smoking not merely as a 'common' activity (such as, say, drinking coffee), but rather understand that there are very feminine ways and techniques to actually smoke in an enticing and sensuous way. There is so much more than just appreciating the taste of tobacco! And that can be learned (as it used to be common before the 1980s), so I can only encourage that, and that's the main reason for all those videos.

There is more, so much more to say about the subject, and I'm frantically trying to write that as a new article on the blog, but, alas, all I could do was to write this comment so far!

Suddenly your back on you tube! And you mention your blog. So I go and read it. Well, some of it, there is a whole lot in here! But first off. I want to let you know I watch your smoking videos for "The reason you intended" Tho I do agree the act of smoking is important, I have a mixed view that it can be just any woman smoking. I find there has to be something in the subjective beauty of the woman smoking, tho it goes south quickly if her style is lacking. Conversely, I have seen woman who would do little for me if a non-smoker, but her attitude and killer feminine smoking skills make her a goddess to me.

I will not say I fully understand "All" that is Sandra Lopes. But I know you a whole lot better than I did before. Thank you so much for the new videos! I appreciate the transgender women who smoke. They just really know how to smoke. I have so many question. ( I'm sure most of it would be covered in your blogs) Will continue to read. (Tho I might need to take a week off from work to get threw it all!) Well, thank you, And take care! Perry

First I want to say wow, it felt to some extent you were in my head on some of these issues.

I have been more concerned with the neuroplaticity that a treatment for recalcitrant hypertension might afford at the risk of my male hormones. I been spending a lot of time look over information, demographics .. definitions of dysphoria. I have been through the divorce, the depression, anxiety ..

I will make one significant disagreement about depression- In my case depression is a byproduct of a brain trauma and is unresponsive to treatment. I had treatable dyspeptic times which responded to normal treatment. Imbalances in hormones aside some brain problems are measurably neurological.
