In reply to Erin. Aww yes. There is really no replacement for practice, Erin. Some friends of mine tell me, 'if I only could get a makeup course, I would do it perfectly'. Well, yes and no. The makeup course will certainly demonstrate some techniques, teach you what products (and brushes!) to use, and tell you what looks best on your face. But then you will need to accomplish at home, on your own, what a professional makeup artist has done — someone who works 8 hours a day doing makeup, every day of their lives, and possibly even more than that (they might, after all, do their own makeup daily as well). That's tough to do, even if you are lucky to get an amazing professional and a wonderful teacher. You will still need the practice!

Practice, practice, and more practice, that's the secret to it all. And consider yourself fortunate compared to those of us that get few times a year to be fully our preferred personna. Not even a couple of hours a week, more like a couple of hours every few months. As always, you make the end results soooo natural, and appealing, you know i am jealous.

Emily again, I"ll try to be more clear with my request, instead of just writing about you in a fictionalized story, I ask the real person (you) permission to use your character Sandra M. Lopes, in one of my stories, since we know that this person is only a fantasy version of ourselves, at least Emily is a fantasy version I would like to become someday(i'll speak for myself), the story or screenplay, novel is called "Counterfeit Doll", and you would be just one of the many running characters ect. in the work in progress.
